ELECTRONIC PRE SCREWER EPR 5000 SB BAGGER

The Pre - screw Electronic Bagger , Model EPR 5000 SB , is totally electronic, with four speeds of automatic weight correction, defined by the customer in pre - adjusted formulas with up to nine different weights to be bagged.

In the EPR 5000 SB the transport of the product from the hopper / silo to the filling nozzle is done by means of a horizontal helical screw , where a four-blade rotor redirects the product to a lower chamber where another helical screw drives the product towards the nozzle. The bagger has pre-weighing by screw .

Applicable in all types of industry such as Agroindustry, Food, Medicinal, Cosmetics, Refrigerators, Chemicals, Pigments, Paints, etc. and forms of powdered or micronized products, of low density and granulometry with little fluidity.

The Electronic Screw Bagger, Model ER 5000 SB is totally electronic . The transportation of the product to the bagger is made by through a helical motor ( screw ), where the product from the hopper / silo, placed in the lower chamber ( screw box  ), is carried to the end of the filling spout to drop, inside the bag , pots, jars or sacks.

TURBINE ELECTRONIC ETB 5000 SB BAGGER

The Electronic Turbine Bagger, Model ETB 5000 SB, is totally electronic, with four speeds of automatic correction of weight, defined by the client in the pre- programmed formulas .

In the beginning of the bagging process, a central axis composed by two helical screws  (one left and one right) directs the product inside the hopper / silo from the edge toward the center, where a rotor with five blades directs the product to the bagging nozzle .

The Electronic baggers, model ES 5000 SB , are equipments of high performance, which provides excellence in weight accuracy and high productivity, allied to low maintenance costs, resulting from a perfectionism of technological development.

The ES 5000 SB has weight and sealing autocorrection by ultrasound for plastic sealed bag and can be attached to the applicator system of automatic bags.

The Weight Self- Correction System of the ES 5000 SB verifies the weight of the bag, analyzes and compares to the programmed values, emitting command signals for weight electronic correction, sealing and drop the bag. If the weight is below the minimum programmed, the machine automatically completes. After the integration, register the number of bags and make the sum of the weights on the screen . With RS-232 / RS 485 output, for network communication with the microcomputer, working with nine predetermined programming tracks according to the customer's need in relation to the weight or bagged product.

PNEUMATIC ELECTRONIC ES 5000 SB PLUS BAGGER

The Bagger Model ES 5000 SB PLUS , was developed from the need for greater agility in the change of products for bagging, allowing the bagging of more than one type of product in the same packing machine, regardless of its granulometry and density, without need of manual adjustment. The weighing is totally electronic, with automatic weight correction and the possibility of creating countless recipes with different "Product / Weight" variations to be bagged, in IHM touch screen with programmable logic control (PLC).

The PLUS command, through the IHM, by PLC, allows the automatic adjustment of the air flows required for each type of product, according to the density of each one, through the action of the electronic proportional valves. The flow cut is made electronically, also automatically, according to the pre - adjusted granulometry information for each product in the HMI.

The Gravity Bagger, model EG 4001 SB  was developed for the assembly of polymers, seeds and granulated in general , with production capacity from 01 to 03 bags per minute, presenting an excellent precision in the bagged weight .

The weighing of the bags is totally electronic and it is quickly adjusted to the change of products with different densities, besides being designed to operate in aggressive environments and with humidity: the electronic control and the electrical system are protected in boxes with rubber seal.
