ELECTRONIC OPEN MOUTH BAGGER EBAC 5001 SB - (01 PRE WEIGHING BY VIBRATORY CHANNEL)

The EBAC 5001 SB bagging machine is intended for bagging products in open mouth bag, where the filling is carried out through a pre – weighing hopper / silo with vibrating channels connected to the client's silo, guided by an open mouth nozzle for the application of product in the bag. For the interruption of the product between silo and bagger, the control manages the Elmo valve.

The weighing of the bagging machine is totally electronic, with four speeds of automatic correction of weight, defined by the client in the pre-programmed formulas with up to nine different weights to be bagged. It Quickly adjusts to product changes with different densities.

In the same line, we have the EBAE 5002 SB, where the weighing is carried out through two pre - weighing hoppers / silos by vibrating channels .

Applicable in all types of industry such as Agroindustry, Food, Medicinal, Cosmetics, Refrigerators, Chemicals, etc. and forms of products such as Granules, Grains, Seeds, Salt, Sugar, Coffee, Pellets, Extruded, Fertilizers, among others.

ELECTRONIC OPEN-MOUTH BAGGER EBAR 5001 SB

The open-mouth bagger EBAR 5001 SB is intended to bag powder product in Open Mouth bags with weighing done through a helical screw.

The bagging process begins inside the hopper / silo , where a central axis composed of a helical screw (left) carries the product to the end where a four pallet wing rotor redirects the product to a lower chamber where another helical screw drives the product in the nozzle’s direction .

In the same line, we have the EBAR 5002 SB, where the weighing is carried out through two hoppers / silos.
