Based on our client´s need and aiming to provide solutions for the end of packaging line, our engineering dedicated in the development of equipment for assembling boxes, boxing / automatic boxing and boxes sealing for the most different product presentations, whether in boxes, cases, bags, unitary, seeking to meet all production speeds. Pointing at the greatest flexibility for our customers, whether in feeding types, speed and disposition of the products inside the boxes.

The equipment operates through PLC and can work in perfect synchronism with vertical, horizontal packaging machines, cartoners, flowpacks , high production filling machines , fillers , or manual feeding .

Seeking the greatest flexibility of the market our systems are developed and improved in each project always looking for ease of operation and simplicity of presentation change, preserving productivity.

Currently we can serve the most different types of cardboard boxes as Suitcases / American box , in Flat Sheets, Trays (with or without lateral reinforcements) , Automatic bottom boxes , and boxes that need mechanical closure by adhesive tape or even Hot-melt. We have a line dedicated to boxes types EPS (Aislapol / polystyrene / Thermic) we have the feeding systems by automatic or manual magazine, boxed by GRAVITY (Pick and place or drop packer ) and automatic covered.

We can offer the boxing system with different types of product insertion, either by GRAVITY ( Pick and place or same drop packer ), WRAPAROUND (Form the box from a cardboard sheet) , SIDE LOAD (Boxed with Lateral Insertion) or Robot.

Applicable in all types of industry such as Food, Medicinal, Cosmetics, Refrigerators, Chemicals, etc. and product forms such as Unitary, Liquid, Pasty, Granulated, Frozen, Powdered, Flasks, Boxes, jars, bottles (glass, plastic and cardboard), etc.
