VALVED BAGS APPLICATORS ROBOT – TOP AND LATERAL VALVE

The Bags Applicator Robots were designed to automate the process of filling top or lateral valve bags and eliminate the need of an operator on its side, reducing costs with labor and making the bagging process faster. It can be used for the application of paper and plastic bags (ASV - P 1000) or Raffia (ASV - R 1000).

The ASV-P 1000 consists of a robotic arm for the application of valvular bags in the bagging nozzles with filling by top valve . The robot arm, located on the front of the applicator, is pneumatically operated, where it performs a pendular movement to the magazine of bags. A system of suction cups fixed on an Inox support, through suction by vacuum switch, picks up one bag at a time and suspends it while a pneumatic cylinder installed at the end of its stem is operated with a cylindrical lid, opening the valve (from top) of the bag, before it is fixed on the bagging machine nozzle. The bag is inserted in the filling nozzle at the same time that a set of two cylinders with rubber lids make the selaing of the bag, fixing it in that position.

The total binding of the bag in the nozzle, the applicator releases the bag to the bagging to make the filling process. During this process, the arm moves back to the bags magazine, leaving the next bag ready to repeat the cycle.

The entire process described above occurs within a period of less than 10 seconds.

OPEN MOUTH BAG APPLICATOR ROBOT - ASBA

The Open Mouth Bag Applicator was developed for the automatic application of "Open Mouth" bags type for the Open Mouth Electronic Bagging, being compatible with all our Bagging models of this segment, being able to be used for paper and plastic bags application (ASBA-1000) or Raffia (ASBA - R 1000).

The Automatic applicator has linearity and constancy in production, in addition reduces operational cost since it does not need an operator on the side of  the machine during the bagging cycle , accompanied by bags storage that keeps it fed.
