After this period, the product is inserted into a fryer where the product is fried for 8 minutes. The fried product passes through a vibrating screen that feeds the cup conveyor where the product is taken to the seasoner silo. In this continuous rotating seasoner, the product receives the ideal dosage of condiments and follows through a sieve for the removal of the fines.
