PELETIZATION

The process of pelletizing is the way used to compact nutrients and materials in portions, using the steam the components are mixed in a homogeneous way at high temperature. We are continuously looking for a pelletizing technology that improves the quality of the Balanced Meal and the nutritional value of pellets for both animals used for work and for aquatic animals. Pelletizing technology allows manufacturers of Balanced Food to press the most diverse raw materials from cereals to wood and straw. The pelletizing process is used both in the Balanced Animal Feed industry and in the biomass industry.

EXTRUSTION

The EXTRUSION process is characterized, in general, in a mechanical production process of components in a continuous way where the material is forced through a matrix, acquiring the predetermined form by the shape of the projected matrix for the product.

The extruders are constructed from one or more helical screws , at one end the raw material is inserted, at the other end the product is compressed through an injector and eventually cut, depending on the application, shape and technique.

At that time, the mass to be extruded is thermally processed through the applied heat, also mechanically through the shape and rotation of the helical threads. The powder material is mixed and precooked in the preconditioner, water or steam and other ingredients. When the ingredients come to the worm screw, this mass is compressed through the screws rotation, with high friction, thus it is heated and the movement of both screws determine the temperature, degree of gelatinization, texture and product quality. The quality of the product does not depend only on the extruder architecture, but also especially on the operator capability, which receives all the details in our personalized training,enabling  for the perfect operation.

The application of this product, is widely used in the industry of Aquatic Animal Food, Domestic Animals (PET) , Food, Scnack, Morning Cereal, and many other segments, in order to deliver a standardized and high quality product.
